Have you ever heard of the Molecular Fitness Lifestyle?

Most likely, you haven’t.

Though I have read many health-related books, newsletters, blogs, research articles, and journals over the years, I am absolutely fascinated by the breakthrough concepts presented by Dr. Tenalian’s research on fitness at the molecular level and the role of the Connexin molecule in relation to disease and wellness.
